Understand India, To Make Transformation Reality

great-india

Before we talk about transforming India, we need to understand where we stand? Who we are? What we want? What are the various classes of people we have and their influences and attitudes?

The Classes

1. Upper (Rich and Super Rich, Producers, Entrepreneurs, Landlords)

2. Middle (Upper middle, middle-middle and lower-middle)

3. Lower (Surviving, Hungry)

First, we all need to understand that criminals are there in all the above classes. We must be against criminals but we should not be against one particular class of people. We can see criminals not only in politics but also in business and professional environment. Hence I would suggest we must understand reality, to bring necessary change:

1. The good and ethically conscious entrepreneurs, bring more people from lower class to upper class and from poverty to lower class getting basic needs.

2. The tax payers (working middle class, merchants and rich) fund the infrastructure development, education and people below poverty. This development enabled by tax payers get blocked by bad governance. Administrators (including politicians) are selected or elected to govern sensibly.

3. Most middle class understand upper class more than lower class. Relatively less number of middle class go out and vote. Now social media is helping the middle-class get the sense of reality slowly.

4. It is the lower class who work hard (physically) and many a times they get less than what they are supposed to. Relatively more number of people from lower class vote. Destructive behavior and addiction pushes some of them towards poverty. They just survive in sickness and feel that they do not have power required to bring desired change.

5. Small percentage of this people (lower class) with great sense get educated and move up to middle class and even to upper middle-class and upper-class. Addicted middle class push down to the lower class and ultimately to the burial ground.

Till we eradicate addiction through enlightenment, poverty can never be eradicated. Sensible nations should never fund the governance through boosting addiction and marketing addictive products such as liquor.

6. Only voters, the people with right to vote in a democratic country, decide who should govern them. This is where is all the manipulation, ignorance, fear and lack of involvement bring down the quality and quantity of votes laying red carpet for many criminals to rule and ruin our nation.

How to Transform?

1. Great governance is vital so that all the good people need not be afraid of the bad ones. Criminals should be reformed or restricted. To elect good administrators, we all need to embrace our right to vote and elect the right ones without fear and ignorance.

2. We need great education that is needed to innovate and deliver excellence but not an ordinary education that make the middle class continue to work and perform below average job.

3. Entrepreneurial thinking should be embraced and right environment should be provided so that there will be more thinkers, innovators and job creators. This will ultimately move more people from the lower to the middle level. Some of the middle-class will also move up to the upper-class.

4. Food is our basic need. Scarcity of food and unhealthy food also lead to hunger, sickness and suffering. Hence, agriculture reform should be the utmost priority of our government. We must also De-westernize our eating habit.

Influence – The Reality!

1. Few good rich people (Like Tata, Premji and Narayana Murthy) with the sense of patriotism took risk to create their business empires and ultimately helped more people move from lower class to good life.

2. Many middle-class do not vote and hence their knowledge and enlightenment become useless. They are not actually influencing the election but they got the knowledge to know who is good and who is bad.

3. People in lower-class do not have the mindset and space to think long term and hence they vote for those who heal their immediate pain. When they start to ask for job to work in dignity instead of unnecessary freebies, our country will become bright and beautiful. Essentials such as food, education and healthcare should be made free or cheaper.

Conclusion:

Government can never create all the jobs we need to live a happy life. Their responsibility is to deliver great governance. It is the duty of the voters to pick the right administrators. We all need to support good ecosystem so that job creation, production, education, environment enrichment and healthcare happen sensibly well. With this holistic thinking, we can definitely transform India.

Why should you westernize your life? De-westernize, de-Americanize and modernize sensibly. Bring financial order and bring order to life.

It is not about sharing wealth equally with all but it is about bringing down the gap. If this gap widens, crime will go up.
